Computer
College Library mission is to support and enhance the educational
mission of the College. The College Library provides essential
educational support to local campus community, through its
special collection of books & multimedia and also the
internet availability.
The
librarians strive to

the vision and mission of Computer College:
Encourage
and facilitate information competency, critical thinking,
intellectual independence, and lifelong learning skills
in all students, regardless of their educational goals.
Provide assistance in locating, evaluating, and effectively
using library resources and instructional programs to teach
library users to think critically about information. Incorporate
new technologies and services to help students, faculty
and staff discover, create and disseminate knowledge..
Collections
At
present the Library's holdings consist of approximately
3,374 (+ 500 new) registered items, composed of Books, Magazines and
CDs. The library also has 12 PCs for the students using "Internet
researches & making their projects & assignments
... Etc". The collection supports the programs offered
at Computer College. There are books on subjects like Computer Science, Computer hardware,
Computer software (MS Office, Windows, word, Excel, Access,
Visual Basic, Power Point ..), Internet, Networking, Accounting,
Business, Management, Finance & Secretarial, ORACLE,
MCSE, CIW, A+ & ;
English
(Reasoning, Grammar, Dictionaries, Business, Writing, Spoken
& Communications).

College Library uses a special electronic system called Resource Mate. The library also runs an organized
books classification system based on our collection.

Timings
The timings are as follows
Sunday to Thursday 9am to 9pm
Friday from 2pm to 8 pm
and Saturydat from 3pm to 9 pm
